Terms & Conditions

By reserving a safari through Wild Roar Safari, you confirm that all information provided (including full legal names, ages, and government ID numbers of all passengers) is 100% accurate and matches government documents.

• A maximum of 6 adult travelers + 2 children under 5 years are legally permitted per 4x4 open Gypsy vehicle as per forest department capacity rules.
• Permits are booked directly on the state forest department centralized portal upon clearance of the booking advance.

State forest authorities enforce strict identity verification at national park check posts (e.g., Aamdanda Gate, Bijrani Gate, Dhangarhi Gate, Jhirna Gate).

National parks and tiger reserves are legally protected wildlife habitats under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. All visitors must adhere to ethical wilderness decorum:

• No Alighting from Vehicles: Stepping out of the Gypsy inside core/buffer zones is strictly illegal, punishable by fine and immediate eviction.
• Silence & Noise Discipline: Shouting, playing music, or using camera flash is strictly prohibited as it agitates wildlife.
• Zero Littering & Plastic Ban: Single-use plastics, polythene bags, and littering are strictly banned in all tiger corridors.
• Alcohol & Smoking: Carrying or consuming alcohol, tobacco, or combustible substances inside the reserve is a cognizable offence.

Each Gypsy is operated by a registered driver and accompanied by a mandatory certified forest naturalist assigned by the forest gate roster:

• Speed limits inside park roads (maximum 20 km/h) are enforced by GPS telemetry. Drivers must never deviate from designated forest tracks.
• Safari duration is strictly regulated by gate timings (Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM / Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, subject to seasonal solar charts). Vehicles must exit before the final gate siren.

Wildlife safaris involve inherently wild natural terrain. Wild Roar Safari exercises the highest care in vehicle maintenance and safety, but is not liable for:

• Personal property damage, camera gear mishaps, or weather disruptions caused by dust or rainfall in open vehicles.
• Sudden route diversions or zone closures ordered by Forest Department Range Officers.

All agreements, disputes, and claims arising out of bookings with Wild Roar Safari shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ramnagar / Nainital District, Uttarakhand.
