Refund & Cancellation Policy • Wild Roar Safari Corbett

1. Government Forest Permit Non-Refundability

Please note that all entry permits for Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve, Ranthambore, Kaziranga, and other national parks are issued directly by State Forest Departments through centralized government quota systems.

Statutory Forest Rule

Forest permit fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once booked, as the government reservation portal does not offer cancellations, name transfers, or quota rollbacks.

2. Safari Package Cancellation Slabs

For the remaining vehicle hire, private naturalist service, and luxury forest lodge accommodation components of your booking, the following refund timeline applies:

3. Force Majeure & Forest Authority Closures

National park entries may occasionally be closed by forest officials due to heavy flash floods, seasonal river swells (e.g. Ramganga/Kosi river overflow), forest fires, VIP security movements, or emergency wildlife census operations.

If a park gate is closed officially prior to entry, our concierge will arrange an alternate buffer zone safari or provide a 100% vehicle service credit voucher for future use.
Wild Roar Safari is not liable for secondary expenses including airfare, train bookings, or external hotel costs caused by unforeseen government gate closures.

4. Rescheduling & Name Transfers

As per Wildlife Protection Act standards, government safari permits are non-transferable between different individuals.

Date Modifications: Rescheduling requires generating fresh government permits subject to seat availability on the new date.
Passenger Corrections: Minor spelling corrections matching physical Government IDs must be submitted at least 72 hours before the safari drive.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 banking working days from the formal date of cancellation approval.
