When you interact with Wild Roar Safari (operating from Eidgah Rd, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand), we collect essential personal and trip details necessary to organize authorized wildlife safari expeditions and lodge stays across Indian national parks.

• Personal Contact Details: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp/Mobile Phone Number, and Residential City/Country.
• Official Identification Credentials: Aadhaar Card, Passport Number (mandatory for foreign nationals), Voter ID, or Driver's License as mandated by Forest Department regulations.
• Booking Preferences: Preferred safari zones (e.g., Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna), morning/afternoon slot selections, dietary requirements for forest rest houses, and group size.

We process collected data under strict lawful bases to fulfill our contractual commitments to you:

• Securing time-sensitive forest permit quotas directly through state government national park reservation portals.
• Generating official digital safari vouchers, gate entry tokens, and sending WhatsApp telemetry and weather updates.
• Arranging customized 4x4 Gypsy vehicles, senior registered field naturalists, and authorized forest rest house lodging.

As per the statutory guidelines of the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) and Uttarakhand Forest Department, all safari permits are strictly non-transferable and issued only against valid government identification proofs.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is disclosed only to the following verified parties for operational fulfillment:

• Official Forest Departments: State forest registration portals (e.g. Corbett Tiger Reserve Directorate, Ramnagar) for permit issuance.
• Allocated Gypsy Drivers & Naturalists: Only passenger name lists and safety emergency contacts are shared on the day of the drive.
• Payment Gateways: PCI-DSS compliant banking partners for encrypted payment processing. We do not store credit/debit card numbers.

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all digital communication channels. Identification records uploaded for permit tokens are archived securely in restricted access databases and purged following trip completion as per statutory requirements.
